Your hosts at Arc-en Ciel are Sian and Mick Forrest - friendly, congenial and caring people. They have 2 beautiful black and white cats called Coco and Charlie.
Sian's Profile
Sian has worked in the Healing profession for 19 years. She also practises Reiki healing, Body-Balancing,
Cranial work and Auriculotherapy. Sian teaches meditation and runs workshops on finding the 'Power within'.
Mick's Profile
Mick is a Gemini - easy to chat to, artistic and interested in many subjects including food, the Languedoc region, nature and music. He is an excellent cook with Full English Breakfast and Indian Curries being top of the list.
He is a mine of information and happy to advise guests about places to visit - and how to get the most out of a special holiday.
